Which Team Should I Be?

Enköpings SK in division 2 north svealand (sweden) a club that has played in swedish premier division but is now in the 4th division, realyl fun team!!
 
Which national team should I be. I want the team to have good young players with a ranking of over 50
 
League - any of the main European ones - Spain, England, Italy, Germany or France
Budget - any but must have some ability to improve squad
Challenge - I want something that is an actual challenge - something like taking a team from challenging for the league to winning their league, from qualifying for Europa LEague to qualifying for Champs League or staving off relegation!!!
Preferences - decent youth and training facilities but not essential.

This is going to be a serious game for me so I need something that is going to be interesting!!

Everton, Sunderland, Wolves, Birmingham, Mallorca, Deportivo, Lazio, Napoli, Palermo, Hoffenheim, Leverkusen, LOSC Lille, teams like that

Sevilla mate, good ******* luck trying to win the league there i struggled big time
 
Preferred leagues: No England-Spain-Italy-Germany-France-Holland-Portugal.
League position: Top of the league
Club finances: dont mind

Thinking about S.Liege but wanna know your opinions
 
Country: Not anything really specific, but has to be in europe and preferably not in the top league of that country
Budget: Transfer budget isn't important, but a good wage bill
League position: Anything but a team challenging for Europe.
Club facilities: Important that they have good youth facilities, training isn't too important.

I am a fan of Sevilla but it is too ******* hard to play with them cuz their centre mids are weak for La Liga I guess bro.

Hoffenheim, Villarreal, Aston Villa, Lazio, Palermo, Sampdoria or Napoli would be my recommendations mate.
