Ok i'm looking for something specific:

Transfer budget/facilities: Any.
Stadium: Atleast 40,000

I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a team that is champions/europa league pedigree (or pushing for a place), that has a team on low wages (around 500k p/w, maybe less) and makes a monthly profit (as it seems few teams do).

I assume the top 3 portuguese teams fit the criteria, and a good example would be Lyon who i've been playing as lately. But i've sort of achieved all I can with lyon and was hoping there's another similar team but in a better league? (germany, spain, england, italy)

Thanks in advance.

POMPEY IS a great place to play.... lots of quality can join and the team works very well together.... loaning players is simple and the team is already pretty good just a bit of reshaping and you'll have a team that can get euro cup... im starting with them but once had a great reign with them.... 4 seasons.... best player simon vukcevic

TOULOUSE - Such a good team to manage. I'm in december now, only lost one game in all competitions. :)

Hey all, I've had a Liverpool, Arsenal, Fulham and more recently a Newcastle save on FM10. I get bored after about 25 games in because I am top of the league with like 20+ wins and strangely enough, I'm bored of winning. I have a huge amount of knowledge in football but I lack in leagues below and including League 1.

So, basically I was wondering if you guys could help me out in deciding a team in League 1 or 2 that i could manage, and give me a little information on the team and players. E.g What part of the league is the team normally part of (Top 8, Mid-table, 10-15, Bottom 5), star players.

Not picky on the budget, facilities or position of the team in the league, just a generally fun team to guide into leagues above and play for a long time.

Thanks ;)

Leeds. The first season should be simple. But getting them all the way back to the Champions League should be somewhat challenging ;)

Country: England
League: like a mid table team, with not the biggest expectation to promote, would prefare either league one or two, championship is fine
Budget: doesn't really matter
Game: Fm 2010
Facilities: Any
