Which team should i not be?

As the new season has started and FM 16 is just around the corner, may aswel get things started. Ask others for advice here with information like for example:

The league you prefer
The finances
Facilities for training/youth

And anything else useful you can think of

next season in epl for example start with liverpool and buying just one central defender
in serie a roma also buying one central defender
germany wolfsburg leverkusen or dortmund
spain valencia or sevilla eventually atletico
france avoid xD
