Which team to pick ***FM 2015***

I am a complete newbie to football manager. Which team should I pick to start? Which formation/s should I use?
What instructions/mentality/structure? And which player roles?

Please help as I haven't got anywhere with the game so far!

Im a beginner too, but I think for the first saves you should pick a good team like barca, rma or bayern or other good teams. Also, for the tactics, try to make it yourself, as it is more enjoyable. There is plenty of guides on the internet that can help you.
