On all of my saves ive seen at least one player moaning that they want to leave just because they have only played 10 games out of 15 -.- i feel this is really unrealistic, anyone else had an experience like this? XD
You need to check their squad status. If you have them on Key Player or First Team and aren't playing them in almost every game, they'll get quickly frustrated. Chances are they've not got great attitudes, either.
