What team do you guys think that have the best Youth Academy in SPAIN

JUST TO LET U KNOW I AM AWARE OF A THREAD ABOUT ACADEMY IN ENGLAND
 
Probably barcelona. some of the don't even have youth academies i think.:P
Yeah just checked, atheltico madrid don't have one.oO)

just some names that came out from there: Lionel Messi, Pedro, Sergio busquets, Victor Valdes, Bojan....etc, etc
 
yeah i guess that is true. I'm confused if athletico madrid don't have an academy then where do their youth players like torres come from.oO)

You list busquets but not xavi or iniesta.oO)
 
i voted bilbao. purely because the board restricts the squad to contain only players of basque descent, which essentially means anyone born within a stones throw of the stadium. Meaning, aside from the odd player they may pick up for peanuts here and there, they rely soley on the products of their academy.
even with this policy they have managed to stay in spains top flight for a number of years.

recent graduates that have been successful are:
etxeberria
yeste
iraola
llorente
susaeta
iker munian (great prospect)
ustaritz

in terms of talent you cant really argue with barca. xavi, iniesta, messi, pedro, puyol, bojan, valdes, pique (via united) fabregas, dos santos

Has to be Barcelona,although Real Madrid have a certain Enzo Zidane coming through the ranks:P
 
Even if he did sign from River Barca have quality players that dont play for them anymore,reina,fabregas etc etc....

true but i guess then this negates the arguent in the other academy thread that arsenal have a good academy., as i dont think theyve ever produced their own players, aside form ashley cole.

dos santos would have been shipped over from mexico as a toddler as well no doubt

and does no-one else think bilbao????? can you imagine a premier league club trying to saty up using purely english players from their own academy?
 
if you can count Messi for Barca, then by the same logic you can't count Fabregas.
 
13 is slightly different to 16/17. and it was within europe as well
