Bilbao and Seville, both produce quality youngsters consistently.I have total respect for Bilbao's Basque only policy, they defy all odds.

How can you say Messi isn't an academy product. Yes he came from Newell's Old Boys but Barce paid for his GHD and he became part of their academy at 13. He is produced by them because at such a young age he could have easily not turned int the player he is now without the right coaching.

he was pretty good before barca snapped him up...

ramos came form sevilla and barca dont think got pedro through the acemady they get him off tenerife

Barcelona has the best youth academy in the world

just some names that came out from there: Lionel Messi, Pedro, Sergio busquets, Victor Valdes, Bojan....etc, etc

Or Man Utd... The Beckham years ;)

But completely agree, at the moment, no chance of any other competing

Yes,and Barca's youth academy is so good the let him go.

Not sure they 'let him go'... English clubs are allowed to approach Spanish youngsters before they have a contract and they just offered him a great deal...

Bojan isnt good

maybe you're talking about some other Bojan, because the Bojan from Barcelona it's going to be a great player, no doubt about it.

Has the best conditions that a young player could have, and he plays a lot of matches for a youngster in a huge club.

If he sticks to the ground and not dream really high like Cristiano Ronaldo he'll become someday one of the best strikers of the world :D

Based in Spain?? how do you mean?
I've been hearing a lot that name, they all say that he's a good player xD i guess i must sign him to Man.City

One good player (youngster) that almost nobody knows is Sergio Oliveira from Fc Porto, in my 3rd season as Manager of Porto, i promoted him to the main squad and made 2goals for the Champions League and it's in the starting eleven :D

I imagine he's Portuguese, given who he supports. I imagine they get better coverage of Spanish games than we do in England, given their proximity to their Iberian neighbours.
