Mostly French or African.
2. Overlooked (but good) early/mid-20′s players in medium sized European teams, at a fair price.
Vermaelen being a good example in this category. Sagna too.
3. Free or very cheap older backup players for temporary duties.
Silvestre and Sol Campbell are good examples here.

In My Arsenal Season I Signed Elia From HSV For £15.75 And He Turned Out To Be Fantastic, I Played Him ALW And He Scored, 16 Goals And Got 19 Assists Through The First Season, Also They Need A Goalkeeper, Mark Schwarzer Seems Like A Realistic Choice, But I Signed David De Dea For £17.5 Mil From Athletico Madrid
