Who is giving contracts to youth intake

Hey guys need some advice, I've noticed last few seasons my youth intake players are all getting offered and finalised new contracts despite me being assigned the responsibility and not finding out till later, is this my dof? It's so annoying my youth squad is full of **** players

Are they being signed up just until end of season to bulk up your youth team or multi year contracts? Sometimes they HOYD or whoever you have looking after youth team will sign them on short term contract until end of season.

You often get a message if you've only signed a couple suggesting that you sign more. You might be accidentally accepting this without reading the message. I've nearly done it a couple of times.

Look in "Staff Responsibilties" you probably have offer contracts to/ sign players for youth team handled by a DoF or Head of Youth Dev.
Set it to yourself and off you go.
