Who is the best assistant to get!?

Who is the best assistant manager to get for primarily a premier league club, just for general media handling and to suggest other staff members etc?

I usually go for Tony Adams or Frank De Boer.

More seriously, only went out of my way to hire a new one once, Ezio Sella, and he was farrr better than Calderwood/Hughton. Much more detail in the info he gives you.
