Who is the best complete forward in the game that is not over 25?

Wayne rooney but doubt he will be sold and he will cost you a lot of money.
 
Signed Cavani for my Man Utd team, scored 42 in 34 league games then was ***** for the next 2 seasons. He's quality when he wants to be, he never scores one either, if he scores, he'll usually bag a hat-trick.
 
Now: ibrahimovic, cavani, rooney, dzeko, for future: Babacar, Lukaku and i wont bother naming the others coz u just simply dont need to know. These two are brilliant
 
Well I don't know if you can get someone who won't age, but Babacar or Lukaku seem to be the perfect ones for me!
