No preferred move. No tutoring. I just gave him constant games in the first season, he was excellent. In my second season, he quite frankly is a monster..

AML and Winger on Attack duty. Gets plenty assists and lots and lots of goals.. If your team cohesion is good, and players are adjusted to each other, then having two wingers on Attack duty, plus a poacher/Adv Forward upfront will mean you can win most games. Especially, Januzaj. He's only played half of the games for me till date, since I rotate all my players, but even then, he has 13 goals in the League, only 3 short of the leading goalscorer.

Another great player YES another Ronaldo NO. He is just the complete footballer for me big strong fast powerful good with the ball scores for fun and great from dead ball situations.

Custom tactic, mate.. I don't really get on well with downloaded tactics =P

Wingers on Attack, Poacher/Adv Forward on Attack duty, Attack Midfielder on Support duty, a BWM on defensive duty and a Central Midfielder on Automatic duty.
