1. Let him become a regular first team player, by giving him playtime. If he's not starting, let him come in as a sub. The boy excels in every position in the attacking midfield (left, right, centre; no problemo).
2. Set a player with +16 determination to tutor him. Him and Michael Carrick get along just fine.
3. For the first 2-3 years, focus his training on whatever role you want him to play in (IF or any AMC-role).
4. After 2-3 years, focus on his weak points. I tend to focus on his passing or finishing.

By word, he will not become a replica of Cristiano Ronaldo, because his strength never gets to that level. Hopefully he will in real life, one thing that is for sure though; is that by the time he's 23 (and you've developed him well + avoided injuries) he'll turn into one of the best players in the game. For me he became the best at the age of 25, by winning the Ballon D'or.

His two seasons at the club so far for me.. If developed well, he can assist as well as score for fun.

I didn't bother tutoring him, just played him frequently (alternate matches) on AML as Winger. I also gave him Heavy Training as a Winger.

In the second season, I started focusing on improving his strengths.
