Who should I be?

Hi guys, I have constantly been non-league teams on FM and I feel like starting in either NL1/championship. I have a list of teams who interest me and I also want a decent-good financial status. Teams list:

Cardiff City
Derby County
Leicester City
Hull City
Middlesbrough
Reading
Sheffield Wednesday
Leeds United
