i am chelsea first season need a rb. budget 52 million. any suggestions? thanks in advance

Need 15-19 year olds in order to get HG status as I am running out of players.

Preferably AMC/AML/AMR MC/DM RB

Need a young accomplished striker to complete my 2nd XI, this is my team of subs i use on easier teams etc.

RB cover for dani alves
Xavi-type player, he has been getting injured far too often, the likes of seydou keita, toure, busquets, kwawdo asamoah do not have the vision and passing that he has.

30 Million in the summer of 2010, 1 month away from start of the second season
 
Marco Verratti(AMR/C, MC) comes to mind first. Plays for Pescara. Intelligent player who's great at spotting & pass & creating passes but on the shorter side. Born in 1992so should be 17-18.

what do you need exactly?
 
I need a player that can fit in as an Advanced Forward(Attack) and a Deep Lying Forward (support).

I use ibra as a DLF and Complete forward and works wonders. Bojan is not cutting it for me and Henry is getting in his years.

53 million is my budget
along with 10.5 mill in wages

Cover for Dani Alves, diego renan went to wolfsburg for 20 million and in my juve save he was a big flop

Any players under 19 that have promise and can become HG players in the future for my team.

Started a new save with the summer transfer updates, decided to be liverpool again for a challenge.
Sold Kuyt for 24M & maxi out on loan for 3M with view to buy for 17M.

Budget is 15M (have bought Ninis, Renan Oliveria, Lacina Troare (loan with view to buy), Tshabala (going to loan out), Arda Turan, Verratti)

Need a striker, Is cardozo my best option for 6.25M?
and who would you spend the last 10M on?
