I'm looking for a nice 17-19 years old winger, a nice starlet, as a backup and that I can train him to become a decent player and cover the wings when I have injuries. Doesn't have to be a wonderkid. Preferably if he is English or so. I have the LFC Marshall patch so I have hot prospects like Suso, Sterling, Robinson etc. Looking to expand the youth list I have.

Approaching the january window in my 3rd season managing Everton. Chelsea's been after Neymar and now he wishes to leave. I'll probably end up selling him, don't want him to mess up the teams morale and he's not even been that great for me. I need to pick a replacement, need someone with pace and dribling (basically same player type as Neymar) to play in a poacher role, maybe advanced forward. My other strikers are De Sutter, Vaughan, Yakubu and a very young regen (16), so I need a great striker to bang in the goals for me. Absolute top club players probs won't come as I'm only playing Europa League. Got 19£ in my budget + the money I'll get from Neymar sale (about 20?)

Ok so my bro is making a team for me and putting it in the 3rd tier of football in scotland.It will have the finances of Man City but only the reputation of Celtic.
Obviously Im going to need a completley new team but who should i sign.Obviously im going to have to sign young scottish players for the scottish rule thing but what should my team be.
Also I dont want big names in my team like Aguero or whatever.I was thinking of a sqaud like this.
