Need a RB for chelsea, better than bosingwa 40 mil budget first season, i need a RB not a RWB so not Srna but a solid RB considering i have a RW to push forward

Hi Guys
I like to attack and keep the ball which means I like good passers of the ball. I have a massive budget of 150m to spend and I would like to get some more class into my team. I want to sell the players who lack the class and buy the best players to complete an ultimate team. The areas I would like to improve are RB,CB,CM,LW,RW and AMC and also a class striker to be a back up for Drogba. Terry,Lampard,Drogba and Ashley Cole are not for sale but as for anybody else tell me to sell.
Essien is injured by the way I didn't sell him

Pato Huntelaar
Bench/Reserve:
GK-Dida/Hart
Defenders-Fabio,Maxwell,Zambrotta,Onyewu,Nesta,Van Buyten
Midfielders-Sandro,Rodwell,Di Maria,Defour, Regen (Wonderkid plays in AMC/FC)
Forwards-Boriello,Zigoni
Still have 80m budget left and doesn't feel good about not making a "Marquee" signing to repay the fans. Any idea on who can further improve the team? (Also i've signed 2 Non-Eu player already)

Sell Maxwell,Ronaldinho and Zambrotta.
Sign Buonanotte/Ozil/Kroos and Azpilicueta.
 
Fuhua - sign an AM to replace Ronaldinho as he is getting old. Maybe Gourcuff or Modric. Also look into buying a new LB to replace Antonini.
 
Sell Keane and Pav.
Buy Dzeko and a young striker like Lukaku,Pacheco or Sanogo.

Sell BAE and sign Criscito
