Who should i keep? - FC Porto Youngsters

Currently managing FC Porto and I think my youngsters are kind of crappy but I need some advice on what to do with them..


Sérgio Oliveira
S.Prediger
David Addy
Orlando Sá
Rabiola
Abdoulaye
Engin Bekdemir
Sani Emmanuel
Nicolas Nkoulou
Hugo Ventura
Yero


I know Emmanuel,Sérgio and Nkoulou will develop into W.Class players but what about the rest?
Should i keep them and use them in my reserve team?

Oh,and also i am looking for some U-19 players..i have a 3.2M transfer budget
 
no as Fucile? is the better player, good backup though :)
 
Oh ok.

Could you recommend some players for my u-19 team,potential backups or first team players?
