I Am Looking For Good Affordable players to suit a Passing Team.

Milan Badelj(MC/AMC, Dinamo) is well worth a punt
Martin Zeman(AML, Sparta Praha)
Vaclav Kadlec(ST, Sparta Praha)

IIRC, there are some very good passers at the club, Elmohamady, Larsson, Gardner and co should be good.

Kevin Strootman would be a great CM for Sunderland. Not sure about his price though.
