Who to buy + sell on Arsenal first season

I just got the game and I have never played FM14 on the desktop before so it would be great if you could help me decide who to buy/sell in my first season and even loan out.
I have also used FMEditor so my budget is ?100 million. Which is apparently Wengers 'war chest' this season.

Do it with out the editor it makes the game utter pointless!!!
Get Carlos Vela ?3.5m and look for a few wingers

Cazorla (He looks good but his stats decrease so quickly)

Pugliese (On a free - approach to sign)
Andrija Zivkovic (On a free - approach to sign)

Goretzka (if you can get him)
Florenzi
Bernard/Rotariu/Ocampos for the left.
Sami Khedira or Claudio Yacob could be good cover too.

ST:
Volland (12.75million release clause)(easier to get roughly, 2 weeks in)
Timo Werner (if you can get him)
Gabriel Barbosa
Donis Avdijaj (On a free - approach to sign (if you can get him)
Benzia and Vietto are also other options.
