Who Will be the Best Signing This Summer

With the return of the Premierleague tomorrow i am keen to know who you think will be the best signing throughout this season. Obviously i know the window is not closed yet but if a deal goes through after this poll then just select other and post your thoughts.

I will choose Chelsea's newest recruit Ramires, i just think with a 3man midfield Essien, Lampard and Ramires it will be devastating.

Closely behind i think i would choose Javier Hernandez and Maroune Chamakh.
