I'd say Vargas, hes pretty sick. Insua is orate for my Liverpool side too.

I rate Phillip Lahm and Maxwell reallry highly. Maxwell is quite a bit cheaper but I would say to anyone needing a quality LB or WBL that you should have a look at those two.

Vargas v good attacking, Clichy is attacks a fair bit on fm10 but also Marcello who can also play ML.
 
evra fabio gibbs anit bad clicthy is amazing cole anit bad bit lazy but nb marcelo nb maxwell very gd chielini my top lb and can be bought on fm10 evra is the best tho
 
Alves would cost a lot,but he's very good player and never seemed to get injured for me :S
 
Vargas would be a good choice i am chasing him atm as im now playing city because was fed up with no money lol
