Who's need to put hot spurs in top of the table

Hey, so been doing a wolves game for last couple of weeks, looking to start from new with the Spurs, any one have suggestions for players to add/lose to gain a top half finish in first two years.

Add - Sime Vrsaljko, Leandro Damiao, Carlos Fierro, Milan Badelj, Romario, Willian, Douglas Costa, Nicolas Otamendi, James Rodriguez, Mbaye niang, Yann M'Vila etc. Best to get rid of - Defoe, huddlestone eventually, Dawson etc.
