Id like to start new game as a West Ham United, i have only one question, does they move to new stadium in game as they do in real life?
They supose to move to new one at starting of 14/15 season.

They should. Haven't played them yet. Although if you do go to there facilities you can see if there is one or not. It will tell you if they are moving to a new one or not.

Yes, "due to move into the 54 000 capacity Olympic stadium on 1/7/2016", i think the rents 2Mil/season, So you have 3 season "to get ready" i.e. sell the dead wood, get into European footy, and clear the debts, than you'll see a big lift in your financial status.
