why cannot i change attribute colors?

when trying to change excellent attribute color to white (255 255 255) and the click confirm. after it loads completely, it takes me back to game but the color hasnt changed? in settings its still old color even though i just changed it...​

i fixed my problem, just downloaded a skin that was identical to original one and edited the rgb colors manually

for future posters. if you want to change the attributes colors, they you have to tick "use skin cache" in preferences
