Why can't i get the scotland job??!?!?!!?

Ok so I have won everything there is to win with Chelsea, I won the treble the season before last and I am now in season 2016-2017. Levein just got sacked and I applied but STRACHAN got the job??!? My nationallity on the game is English Secondary Scottish (Same as real life) and I know it's cheating but I keep adding a manager, retiring and applying, Strachan always gets it again!! Why is that? So frustrating.
