so far i have come across 2 players that after having a offer accepted that i cant offer contracts to. when the offer has been accepted and i click on offer contract it says "you have made a transfer offer. A message will be recieved in your inbox when the offer is accepted, rejected or negotiated."
can anybody help me with to why this is happening?
