Why can't I score goals??

I finally got my laptop up and running, just installed FM14 (again). I'll start a save with Chelsea soon. I'll cancel Lukaku's loan in editor. I'll see where lies your problem, last time I played, it was 14.1.3 patch and I was scoring well. scored 102 goals first season, in touching distance of Carlo's record.

It's not that i'm not scoring at all, it's the amount i could be scoring. I'm missing so so so so many chances its ridiculous!

That has to be down to the ease with which you can create chances in this game, but look at the amount of chances we're missing IRL as well. It happens, I remember I was more efficient in second season.
But have you had any problem with non-negotiable bidding after 14.2 update?

i've scored 14 goals in 11 games at the start of the season, those 14 goals have come from 230 shots, a conversion rate of around 7% i'm guessing, hideous haha

Wow 7%, thats good. Mine is at 5. But im shooting like 50 shots per game. Doesnt matter if i say shoot less. Theyre not going to score more, just shoot less.

Yeah I know haha, especially Eto'o. Regarding non-neg. bidding do you mean problems with me bidding or the AI? When I make a transfer offer I can never lock in whether or not it is non-neg.

Yea, that's what I'm talking about, when you're bidding for a player. I'm unable to lock as well, this is a problem, I'm a shrewd spender.
