Why do AI Teams only pay the Value of the player for a transfer?

Well, the title says it all but its frustrating as you as a manager pay over the top for a good player and when you try to re-coup the money the dont pay nearly as much and lose interest if you want more than what they are worth.

You're probably using an old patch..

The 11.2.1 patch has sorted that bug and they pay regular amounts now. It was a bug.
