and i go here .. \ Football Manager 2011 \ data \ updates \ update-1130 \ db \ 1130 (after the 3rd Patch)

in remove the Inc folder there, then replced by the new one. right. ?

Unfortunately, it does not apply for any saved games, it starts at a new game.

For myself, I copied the original file in a safe place (in case it doesn't function correctly, which it hadn't), then pasted the downloaded file "Inc" and replaced the original one.
