Why do I never get asked for pitch size?

I thought this had been removed from the game as I never get asked for it in this years game but apparantly I should still be asked.

Anyone got any ideas how I can turn it back on?

Depends on the team, some don't have room to alter the pitch, it seems.

I was only asked once after the new stadium finished, then I haven't got a chance to adjust it.

...and no, not playing in premier. Getting there will take a couple more seasons.
