Hi guys!

Can somebody please tell me why this happens?

View attachment 122418

I leave all my training to my assistant manager.

This happens to most of my players. :'(

What has happened? If you're talking about having more downward arrows than upward, it's because he's at his full potential. He's focusing on something so other attributes get very, very slightly worse.

Hey bud!

Yeah the attribute arrows going down. I have excellent training facilities and I have very good coaches for each training category with all average workload

The thing about him hitting his potential, I have seen screenshots of him being higher in attributes at 23? His potential stars still has room to grow according to my assistant.

Thanks for the reply

According to your assistant, he might have more potential.

Is he getting game time as well you will sometimes find certain players lose condition (skills) slowly when they don't play. Mind you in this instance I'm inclined to agree with the earlier posts.

Given that there isn't much of a mix - I only see one green arrow - he might just be training poorly at the moment. Happens sometimes, even with fairly professional players. If I see that, I usually give them a warning about training and get a positive response most of the time. When its more mixed, the response to a warning rarely seems to be as positive.

Your assistant manager maybe **** at the training. Do it yourself

Thank you guys for the reply! I will take all advice into consideration
