Why has Patch 11.3 erased some of my kits?

I just patched my game, from 11.0 to 11.3 and I have lost a lot of my kits. Prior to patching it, I had downloaded and added Premier League, Conference North and Conference South kits, but after patching the game, I have lost;

Blackpool's kits
Wigans's home & away
90% of my Conference North and South kits.

So, I restarted the game and told it refresh skins yet I am still missing some kits. Has this happened to anyone else and why? And more importantly, how do I get my kits back?

No, they have reverted back to their base, generic variations. Blackpool for example have a plain, generic orange jersey.

Yeah, I went and checked. The strange thing is that it's not all the kits missing. Arsenal has home, away and third, while Wigan only has third and Blackpool has nada, yet before the patch everybody had home, away and third. And then Confrence League virtually has nothing now. Club badges are all still there though.
