Why have my coaches' stars been reduced?

Having assigned all of my coaches to specialise in specific areas (i.e. a coach with defense 20 focussing solely on defensive training), I found I had 6 or 7 star coaches in all fields.

However, recently, I have looked to see that all of my coaches' coaching star ratings had dropped dramatically, with most of them on around 4 stars.

Does anyone know why this is or how to rectify it?

Urm get new coaches? But no i don't have a clue lol. Any coach recommendations you would make? As i have no 7* coaches.

I would tell you some good 7 star coaches to get, but I no longer have any, so I can't check my current coaching staff.

What I would say is that Steve Guinan has about 6 20s, but for some reason has some sort of personal angst towards me, and won't join, in spite of being a free agent, and me offering him £15,000 a week.

Ricardo Moniz is also a good coach, whilst ex-players like Darren Anderton, Emile Heskey, and Fernando Hierro all seem to be pretty good.

Yes, I did hire them prior to the patch. I didn't realise it effected their ratings.

So it doesn't mean they've got worse; simply that the new FM patch made it more demanding?

yeah I agree with you because it happened with me,too before installing patch 9.3 almost my staffs were 7 points after installation they'd been reducing... anyways love it FM
