Why is it so hard to buy players!!!

I'm As Monaco, and my board wants high profile signings, and I need defenders.

I have submitted realistic bids for varane, santon and umtiti, all rejected. So as i had ?140 million in the bank, I thought I would see how high I had to go in order to buy them.

So far I have bid ?100 million on each player, and Man City(Umititi), Madrid(Varane) and Dortmund(Santon) Are still rejecting, even if i add in a player to exchange

What am i doing wrong?! Ive won the champions league, won ligue 1 for the past 4 seasons and am 3rd in most reputable clubs.

It's basically them telling you they are not for sale.

Try unsettling them by declaring interest.

Its still a bit extreme though as teams would accept these IRL. Needs to be changed in FM 2015. ATM in this game you have to play over the odds to sign players but the AI can't offer peanuts for our players.

I've been doing that for months though, and they always say that they're considering their options, and all have me as a favourite person

well get this i bid 90m for falcao thay said yes and he wanted 800k a week i was like wtf
