why is my asistant not getting my players to sign contracts?

on my settings i do all things i am supose to do to make my asistant make sure he offers my players contracts but he never does it, he doent even do youth players. i have to make them sign contracts all the time this doesnot bother me but wanted to know if that happens to any1 else or does any 1 no how to sort it out

Is it every player in your team? Usually some of them will refuse to sign new contracts no matter who they are and will want to move on.

he doesnt even attempt to sign any players

yeh it happens to me as well... every year i seem to be releasing lots of players from reserve and under 18...

i doubt so because i usually play with top teams..
