Why Is My Season Deteriorating?

If you look at the picture, I had a great start and then my performances turned **** soon after and I was grinding draws and the occasional win out at best. Can someone give me an explanation so I can correct this for the second half of the season? My squad is relatively injury free so it's not that I'm playing weaker players or adopting new tactics on the fly. I'm new to FM so help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

How do you approach team talks and how is morale?
