why is my tactics still awkward in all categories?

in january,been using the same 3 tactics all season.

I thought i had the same problem, mate. But it´s probably because you empty your team after the games? So when you select your 11, you will see that the tactic is known.

figured that a while back.
stupid feature you have to have team selected at all time for the team to get co-hesive.

I think its because the tactical familiarity is now judged on a player by player basis now rather than just the team in general. Think of it more as an average for your first XI rather than your whole squad
