Why no in-game editor for Mac?

Is there a reason why none of the downloadable in-game editors run on a Mac? The data editor supplied with the game works perfectly and I have no problem using patches, face packs, backgrounds etc on my imac. The game is designed to be 'universal' for mac and PC, so it's frustrating to have to start a new game if I feel like even a little bit of tinkering.

The game may be 'universal' but it doesn't mean 3rd party developers will make there utilities so. The majority of users have a PC so that's what they develop for, sorry. There probably is a Mac in-game editor somewhere though.

ive been looking for one too but cant find any :S Only the fm09sx which is just a scout working for 9.1 and 9.2

if anybody finds an editor like real time editor please report
