WHY wont my logos, kits and player faces work?

On FM 2009 Preferences where does it say your User Data folder is located....

Yes, they must work now.
If not, did you placed them in the right place?
Check this carefully.

thats what it says

and the box IS ticked, what does it need to be? appreciate the help BTW
