Hi guys, I'm having a real problem with my wingers/full backs being timid. If they get in a good position near the by-line to cut the ball back, they stop, edge slowly forward until the defender slides in and tackles them (followed by a hugely exaggerated fall). Instead of cutting the ball back, I end up with loads of corners which I rarely exploit. I've had this with several different tactics (I'm Arsenal) so I don't quite know what the deal is. Anyone had the same?

Here's an example. Gibbs in loads of space - he was in this position for about two/three seconds before a defender caught up and tackled him. Just cross it FFS! I'm guessing my players aren't in good enough positions?
