Wigan 16.3 Update Season 1 Players & Scouting Staff to get

I've just started a new game with wigan. My aim to gain promotion this season.

I have no scouting staff so can't scout plyers. Any scout recommendations the one they recommended i couldn't afford and would not join.

Also which players should I sell or send out on loan? As I only have a £5000 wage budget.

Which Players should I buy, get on frees or sign on loan?

Any thoughts appreciated. especially the scout advice

Ur alrdy predicted to be 1st , so i reckon u have a strong enough squad ovarall for league 1. Select the tactic u wana play with n if any player dosn fit into it or u think is not good enough.. then think about or selling... no need to force it!
