Wigan 2nd Season

So I have finished my 1st season with wigan and I finished 11th in EPL. And I need a backup GK for Al-Habsi, a first choice RB, DM and a winger or inside forward. I've got Allione for 3.5M in the winter transfer, but I feel he's still too young for 1st team. I tried getting Peruzzi and Lucas Romero, but Velez wants 20M for each which is insane. Bernard is out of reach since he costs 30M. I've got a transfer budget of 10M and 50k available for wages, but I'm hoping to sell Boselli, but no one wants him with his huge wage.
