Will Hughes replacement needed

Young William has been an absolute beast of a player for me for the last four years, now he's worth over £20m and wants an enormous contract which there is no way I can afford to give him, as I have four players on Match Highest Earner Clauses. The contract he wants is £125k a week, but I can't give him that so I'm going to sell him in the summer and hope I can get £40m at least for him. The question I have for you guys is, who could I get to replace him? I have Jesse Lingard and Iago Falque in AMC but I need a third and someone who will have a similar effect as Will.
