I'm starting my adventure with French Brest. The board's expectations for the upcoming season are to finish in the upper half of the league table.
I have 11 million euros in the club's coffers and a small transfer budget, so my hands are tied—I definitely won't be making any major signings this summer.

The club hasn't had any major successes in its history so far. I want to change that.
So, here we go. In the friendlies, my lads performed really well.
On top of that, I brought in two solid squad players on free transfers: Ismaily (D/WB – L) and Josef Martinez (AM – L, ST – C).
I started the season with a win. Then things got tougher. The loss to Paris FC hurts the most, since I had the higher xG. Same with the match against Angers. Then there was a good home game against Nantes, but unfortunately another loss. A solid home match against PSG – ended in a draw. Away at Le Havre and another strong performance from my boys. A comfortable win. Against Metz, my players played really well. Very high xG, but only a draw. Then I beat Strasbourg. Steady, slowly, onward.
Monaco set the bar high. They won calmly and confidently. Meanwhile, my players performed brilliantly against Rennes, securing a 2-0 victory. We had a big win against AJ Auxerre – well done, lads! In the next match, we had to acknowledge Lyon's superiority, though we didn't play badly. I got knocked out of the French Cup after a tight match against Lorient. Despite leading Lille, we lost 2-1.
Nice match against Marseille. Solid win. Draw with Metz after conceding a goal right at the end. Comfortable victory over Le Havre. Well done, my boys. Monaco's high up in the league, and Brest managed a draw away at theirs. Then a calm away win against Auxerre. Easy win over Rennes, and we're good. Then came the home defeat. Strasbourg was a tough opponent. After a great match, we left no illusions and beat Nantes. Key game against Lens. Lucky victory.
