So, basically, I am just about to begin my 4th season. This will be my first season in the Premier League. Is my squad good enough to survive in the BPL? I still have lots of time left in the transfer window, but I think I have just about wrapped up all dealings now. Game date is only 21st July. I have 2 teams. One for reserve. Please tell me where I can improve, or whether my team is good enough for the PL. 
(Side note - I have 14m transfer budget left, but the club balance is about -8m. Not sure if I should touch the budget...)(Side note 2 - Chris Smalling has accepted a contract so will join any moment.)

However, I think I can finish around 14th. And pace, yes, definitely need more pace. I think I am going to go into administration anyway because the club balance is on -£9,000,000... 
If I get points deducted, it will be a proper battle to stay in the BPL.
