View attachment 225216Shock Announcement

Today saw the appointment of English Manager Lee Hendon at F.C.A.K., It came as quite a shock move considering Hendon is virtually unknown in the footballing world. F.C.A.K. owner Don Mattera quoted "I have a lot of faith in this appointment and I believe we have made the right choice to bring this club onto greater success". Hendon has been offered a 2 year contract with the club and has expressed he wants to take the club into the South African Premiership in the first time of asking. As he is already a week into his Job he has let go to the majority of the Youth an reserve squad to free up the budget. How long will Hendon last only time will tell?

F.C.A.K. tell 19 players to leave

Today F.C.A.K have departed company with players they feel will not make it into the future plans at the club, Hendon admitted he did it to free up the wage budget and and increase the depth of the squad with better quality South Africans. Hendon also said he was only going to buy home grown players and also bring in good enough youth players which will push for a permenant place in the Premiership and eventually win the CAF Champions League.

F.C.A.K. thrash the Reserves
F.C.A.K 5-0 F.C.A.K Reserves

Today seen a closed doors friendly game between F.C.A.K against there reserves which the First team came out as the winners by hammering the reserves 5-0 with goals coming from Sashi Chalwe, Given Banda and Abu Sando scoring twice and an own goal. The first goal came from Sashi Chalwe in the 21st minute from a magnificant free kick which went straight into the top corner the second came in the 51st minute from an own goal coming from Thabang Malti and when the third went in the net F.C.A.K. were sure they put it into the bag, it was an outstanding goal when Given Banda found himself in acres of space from Abu Sando's through ball and he wrapped his foot round it to get it on a volley which struck the back of the net with some force. After 3 minutes since the fourth goal they scored again following a mistake from F.C.A.K. reserves defender Chris Khuzwayo which set up Abu Sando to score and that's what he just did. In the 72nd minute the fifth goal went in from Abu Sando once again this time it was from 30 yards. It was a pleasing victory for F.C.A.K. and they will be flying high with confidence going into there second game against Maritzburg United at Home.

MOM: Abu Sando 9.5

Underdogs beat Favourites Maritzburg Utd

F.C.A.K. 1-0 Maritzburg Utd

Today seen First Division side F.C.A.K. take on Premiership side Maritzburg United in a game which was closely won by F.C.A.K. both sides looked like they where going to score but when F.C.A.K. won a penalty on the 66th minute they made it count by scoring it and what a cracker it was Itumeleng Sekwale scored his first goal since he came up from the ranks last season. Overall it was a pleasing day for F.C.A.K. manager Lee Hendon this is what he had too say after the game.

MOM: Peter Petersen (Maritzberg) 7.3

Reporter: Hi there Lee, what did you think of the penalty?
Hendon: It was a good penalty and Itumeleng placed it well
Reporter: Do you think it was a foul?
Hendon: Well I couldn't really see from where I was standing but I heard my assistant shout "its a pen!" but I will never know.
Reporter: Last of all, Whats the future looking like for Sashi Chalwe?
Hendon: Well to be honest a don't know what he's thinking at the moment he's 28 he is in his prime and wheather or not a big club comes in for him we will have to see but at the moment we don't know.
Reporter: Cheers Lee, see you later
Hendons: Cheers Kenneth bye!

Couple of hints: Don't use blue font, really strains the eyes, means people won't want to read it. And secondly, Use a larger font, such as the standard size, again, using smaller font puts people off reading.

Not a bad start though.

Can someone close this thread a had my save corrupted and can't play it so a will be started again :( and will be opening a new thread sorry lads
