Windowed Mode Greyed Out!

Hi all, I am trying to play in windowed mode, but in teh display and sound settings pin preferences, teh windowed mode option is greyed out.
This is becoming very annoying, can anyone help?!?!

press your windows button and it will get out of the game but still makes it possile to go back in
