Windows 8.1 update

So I just downloaded the compulsory Windows 8.1 update and my Football manager has gone slightly odd.

The colours have gone all wrong! Here's a picture of what I mean :

I know it's just my FM because all my other apps and programs are working fine, someone help me!

I've trying resetting to defaults on preferences.

Any help would mean a lot,

Open the nVidia control panel (right-click on the desktop and go to 'Nvidia Control Panel') and make sure stereoscopic 3D is turned OFF.
