Can someone tell me why my wingers are playing like ****, no matter what tactic I am using they are always under performing

There the only players which are below 7 on my team

I used to have the same roadrunner email login issues. U know what i did, I stop playing this game. Joke aside, I'm not a pro at this so I'm not advising anything. It's crucial to have a strategy to make sure that they are performing well.
